What you will see on this page is a sample of a document I have to send out on a regular basis. This letter is a letter from an employer to the U.S. State Department requesting a passport be issued. At Executive Jet Management, we use these letters all the time to assist our pilots, and pilots on subcontract, in getting the passports they need in order to travel internationally.
